A Daily Prayer During this COVID-19 Crisis

June 4, 2021

A daily prayer from the New England Conference

The clergy and laity of the New England Conference are sharing a daily prayer based on the Revised Common Lectionary for the week. You are welcome to use these in worship or in your own devotions.

Today's Prayer

As we begin to gather in our places of worship once again, may we look around at those who are physically seated around us and think of those who are seated around us virtually and remember those seated around us in our memories and rejoice using Jesus’ words: “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother, and My sister, and My mother.” We are not alone. We are members of your family. We have a place at the table. With a grateful heart. Amen.
