2Corinthians 12:9-10
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
The scripture this morning brings me back to Pastor Jen’s message yesterday on the beatitudes. We are strongest when we acknowledge our weakness and go to God for strength. God gives us what we need, when we need it. I will admit, it does not always feel that way, but I know this is a truth worth remembering, and worth our thankfulness. God is good, and does not bring us pain. He will help us to see our way out.
Holy Lord, remember me when I suffer. I am thankful for your many blessings, and need you near to me. I am weak; help me to be strong. Amen

2 Corinthians. 12:9-10
When I am struggling, feel weak or feel I really just can’t get through a situation, God will help. It may not be in the way I think things should be and I don’t have to be the one with all the answers, God is there, and I am strongest when I ask Him for help. It’s about dependence and not control, basically, when I can’t, God can. God’s grace is always sufficient.
Dear God, thank you for being my strength, thank you for getting me through my trials, thank you for being all I need. Amen
2 Corinthians 12-9-19. Never-ending Grace
"I am weak but thou art strong" great words from a beautiful song--Just A Closer Walk with Thee. This is the attitude of today' author. A difficult diagnosis-ALS-and a decision. They chose the positive over the negative and knew they could rely of God's grace. After reading their story, I wondered if I could do the same. I am always in awe of people who simply rise above serious difficulties. I do know where my stregth would come from and that the grace offered every day would sustain me. i need not be afraid.
Prayer: Gracious God, help me remember where my strength will come from when I am not sure. AMEN

NEVER ENDING GRACE
(Focus: caregivers
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Paul reminds us that God's grace is sufficient for us. No matter what challenges or difficulties we may face, God's grace is more than enough to sustain us. It is through His grace that we find , forgiveness, and redemption. When we are weak, God’s strength is even more evident. We often see weakness as a liability. We’re afraid to admit when overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted .God doesn’t…
2Corinthians 12:9-10
Facing abject weakness and helplessness is a hollow and soul-crushing feeling. Surrendering the feeling to God is unsettling and frightening, but the reality is God’s grace is sufficient. My issues will unfold in the working of God’s will and all I can do is be guided by the Holy Spirit to stay in that lane and not try to force things in my will.
Prayer - Lord have mercy on this sinner and this sinning, fallen world. I plead for Your grace, trusting in its sufficiency for all that is happening around me. Grant me peace when the earth is shaking and strengthen my faith where it may falter. Amen
