Galatians 6:7
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
We cannot do anything or even think anything without God being aware. If we are unjust, unfair or mean in any of our dealings, we may or may not get away with it here in this life. But God expects us to make things right to the extent we are able. I must ask for forgiveness, and I must try to right my wrong. God will do His part; I need to do mine.
Lord God, help me to see when I have been unfair or unkind to another. If I have been unjust, I am sorry for not listening to your guidance. Help me, Lord. Amen

Galatians 6:7
Don’t be misled – you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.
You cannot fool God. He knows our every thought, word, and deed. Simply put we are to sow seeds of caring, help, love, and so much more. With that our harvest will be wonderful.
Prayer: gracious God, help me to always plant the seeds of service to you. Amen

Galatians 6:7
Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
God will not be mocked. That's what the text says. It does not mean that we cannot ignore God, make fun of God or laugh him. It does not mean that we cannot try to get away with sowing without reaping. But what it does mean, is that in spite of all of this, the rule of God stands. We can think what we want to think. We can deceive ourselves. We can be as wicked as we want. But all of this will not change God's rule. What a person sows, he will surely rea…
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
If I attempt to live a godly life, I will reap the reward of eternal life. If I choose to ignore God and neglect His will, I will be denied eternal life. If I do not support God’s word, I will deeply regret it. It is my choice as to what kind of life I want to live, and I choose God’s way.
Dearest Lord, thank you for all you have taught me. I pray with all my heart to develop a giving heart and a generous spirit so that all I do or say brings glory to Your name. In Jesus name I…
Galatians 6:7 These are sobering words that seem to be echoed in the Hindu concept of karma. It is interesting how so many eternal truths of God get weaved into different faith traditions. I see this as the Holy Spirit’s work. In any case, this verse and others like it serve as frequent reminders to Christians of our responsibility to be just, fair and merciful in all our dealings with others.
Prayer - Sovereign God, knowing I reap what I sew, may I always be guided by Your precepts and led by the Holy Spirit to sew seeds of justice, fairness, mercy, compassion and love. Amen
