Members of the New England Conference Extended Cabinet are sharing a daily prayer based on the Revised Common Lectionary for the week.

Today's Prayer

“Look, I am coming soon! ... Yes, I am coming soon.” — Revelation 22.12,20 (NIV) Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King… Hallelujah! Hallelujah! We’re going to see the King. — UMH #706, Andrae Crouch Alpha and Omega, First and Last, Beginning and Ending of all things, How soon? How soon will you come? How soon will we drink from your crystal-clear river? How soon will we receive the free gift of the water of life? We are thirsty. We need your water. Root and Offspring of David, How soon? How soon will you come? How soon will we have the right to the tree of life? How soon will its leaves bring the healing of the nations? We are hungry and hurting. We need your healing. Bright Morning Star, How soon? How soon will you come? How soon will the gates to the Holy City be illumined for us? How soon will there be no more night? We are lost. We need your light.
