A daily prayer from the New England Conference
Members of the New England Conference Extended Cabinet are sharing a daily prayer based on the Revised Common Lectionary for the week.
You are welcome to use these in worship or in your own devotions.
Today's Prayer
Holy and Gracious God, you see the conditions of the world we are in as well as the fear and anxiety that it causes. Forgive us for letting worry overtake our thoughts and actions and putting our trust in you to be wavering.
Remind us and give us the memory of the many ways that you have come to us in the past. Be with each one of us so we can more easily testify to your presence in each of our lives. Inspire and strengthen our trust in you so that we will both “talk the talk” and “walk the walk.”
Allow others to see and experience you through our actions and deeds.
Allow each of us to sing and shout the glories of you!
