A Daily Prayer During this COVID-19 Crisis

May 29, 2021

A daily prayer during this COVID-19 crisis

During these difficult days, members of the clergy class of 2020 are sharing a daily prayer based on the Revised Common Lectionary for the week.

You are welcome to use these in worship or in your own devotions.

Today's Prayer

These have been trying times, oh God. God fill us with hope. When we feel we are not good enough, God fill us with hope. When we think we can not do anything to help, God fill us with hope. God you have called us to action to show your hope and love to others. Give us the confidence to respond. Here I am, Send me! You call us to help those in need. Here I am, Send me! You have made us and made us good. Here I am, Send me! You have touched our lips and purified us. Here I am, Send me! God of Hope and God of Glory, you are the God who continues to love us and continues to give us hope in this time of trial. We respond as your people. Here I am, Send me! AMEN

Pastor Adam Randazzo, Living Faith, Ipswich, MA Inspired by Isaiah 6:1-8
