A Daily Devotion for Wednesday, November 9

Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

This verse reminds me of God's constant presence in my life. He promises to be with us, and in His way, help us. It is easy to forget that God's time, and God's way, is not always the way I would choose. But He has promised to be always on our side, upholding us. These are words to turn to and to hold close, for me.

Heavenly Father, you have promised to always be at my side, and I do believe you are. Sometimes your solutions are not what are expected, and are even painful, but I know they come from you and are in the end how things should be. Amen
