2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
Often I think about the "born again" concept and wonder whether this should be experienced over and over throughout our lives. Accepting Christ does not make us perfect. Accepting Christ makes a new type of life possible for us. We will still make mistakes, make bad decisions, forget to be forgiving. But living for Christ puts all of our experiences into perspective. I think we should all remember to be "born again" on a regular basis.
Holy Lord, fill me with your Spirit, that I may be born again today, and every day. I am in your world. Amen

God doesn't just wipe off the dirt and put some new clothes on any one person.
We need to realize that God is able to forgive even when we have ungodly attitudes, bad behaviors and continue to sin. Although, still in jail, he is devoted to Christ and is a witness to God’s love. For you and I, we don’t have to hit rock bottom, but need to remember that all we need to do it any low point is to turn to God in prayer. Remember God answers prayers!
Prayer: gracious God, I know sometimes I wait too long to turn to you. Remind me next time to seek you first. Amen

These people had seen abundant failure despite their young ages. The sense of renewal was palpable as each of the five graduates gave their testimony of descent into darkness, being found then becoming a new creature. Anyone who denies Jesus saves even today would benefit from a chat with one of these graduates.
Gracious God, so many are lost, steeped in failure and hopelessness. Let me and my fellow Transformers be instruments of Your healing and renewal, setting them on a pathway to victory with…
