Independence Day
On the 4th of July, our CUMC youth and children, Grace, Parker, Ella, Daniel, Emery, and Pierce went to the 4th of July gathering in town. They joined Beverly Flynn and gave out cold water bottles and popsicles to the people who are waiting for the parade.
Those people who received water and popsicles and even those who didn’t said, “You guys are doing a great job! Thank you so much for your nice work!” I feel that the gift of water and popsicles was appreciated, especially on such a very hot summer day. Thank you Bev! You led us into a great time to meet people’s heart.
It was hot outside and my heart was full of love of God through Bev and our children. Thank God for bring us together to walk and serve the people in town as Your children. God Bless You All!
