Galatians 3:23-29
verse 29: If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
This is one of those reassuring verses for me, which reminds me I really am part of the new covenant. I do not need to have been born into a particular genealogy or group of people to claim relationship with Christ. As long as I accept Jesus Christ, I am an heir. Of course, it is wrong to stop there and live my life in the world as one with no worries, no concerns for others. There are huge responsibilities attached to belonging to Christ. I am struggling to find my way with these responsibilities.
Holy Father- What can I do in your world, for your world, to bring a smile to your face? Where would you have me go? Who should I speak to? Here I am, Lord. Amen
