A daily prayer during this COVID-19 crisis for March 6, 2021

During these difficult days, members of the New England Conference staff are sharing a daily prayer based on the Revised Common Lectionary for the week.

You are welcome to use these in worship or in your own devotions.

“But who can detect their errors? Clear me from hidden faults.” — Psalm 19:12
 
 Dear God,
 Errors are made as I try to do my best work for you.
 Each day starts with the prayer that I might be productive and able to serve you well.
 And when that happens, it is a good day.
 And when it does not, I seek your comfort and guidance.
 No matter what, each night ends with a prayer of thanks for that day.
 I know you are the reason I am here, and I have no errors in your eyes.
 You alone can clear me from my hidden faults.
 Amen.
