A Daily Devotion for Wednesday, May 5

John 3:1-21

verse 21: But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.
 

This is how I would like my life to be seen by others. My life should reflect my commitment to God in a way which can be recognized. The people with me in church on Sunday are not the “others” I am referring to. I would love to be part of an illustration of God’s love on earth. It is not recognition I am after, rather that my motives and my love of God be evident in my actions.
 

Holy One, I want to live my life in your light. Help me to reflect your light to others. Amen
